Macro Diary Ventures Limited (MDVL) is the largest dairy farm operator in India with more than 6,000 animals across nine farms in district Ludhiana, Punjab. MDVL produces the cleanest milk in India, disease free herd, develops trade relations with farmers for cultivation of animal fodder, thereby ensuring better returns at regular intervals for that farmer over conventional crops and thereby reducing dependence on money lenders/commission agents.

MDVL processes its internally produced milk as premium “TruMilk” and related products.

MDVL is also the biggest breeder of milch animals in India with over 2,000 calving’s projected for 2013-14. MDVL aims to provide the best quality of milk and milk products to consumers. MDVL also aims to achieve accelerated genetic advertisement of its herd of the use of imported sexed semen together with embryo transfer.

Being a community based project with extensive procurement from farmers, the Veterinary Officer has to work closely in the community

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Recruiter Job Purpose: Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.

Recruitment

  • Extensive experience to Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant and new positions.
  • Sourcing of manpower as per required profile and skills.
  • Screen candidates through telephonic methodologies.
  • Interviewing all critical profile manpower and finalization.
  • Generate candidate leads utilizing a variety of passive resources including Candidate database, job portals, referrals, and job postings.
  • Created recruiting strategies inluding referral program, head hunting on job portals and coordinating with the technical teams for scheduling the time for interviews.
  • Conduct technical interviews.
  • Salary negotiation.
  • Time Office Management

On-Boarding, Induction & Orientation

  • Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure all things are ready for the new joinees.

Seperation & Exits

  • Managing Exit formalities like issuing exit interview form and arranging meetings with managers for counseling.
  • Attrition analysis and report generation.
  • Administering full and final settlement process and file closure.
  • Issuing experience certificates and relieving letters.

HR Operations & Administration

  • To Maintain Personal Files - Joining formalities and Exit Formalities
  • Maintaining & updating employee database.
  • Manage all, Performance Management and Employee Development process.
  • Co-ordinate process of Probation Confirmation of all employees as per the schedule so that employees progress path can be measured.
  • Maintaining Metrics/Reports like Recruitment Metrics, Training Metrics, Employee Discipline Metrics.
  • MIS- Maintaining employee records related to HR operational work.
  • Conducting weekly audits for attendance, mobiles or any practice against the HR Policy for associates working in other sister concerns.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have an experience of 1-2 years.
  • Candidate should be self motivated.
  • Candidate should have judgmental skills.
